Who will be billing me for hosting?
Effective October 7th, 2024, Tidal Media Group will be responsible for all future invoices. For any mailed payments sent prior to October 7, ConnectNC will accept those payments, and no changes are needed on your part.
What if I want changes done to my web site?
Tidal Media Group will become your point of contact for all web design, web and email hosting and search engine marketing needs.
Will there be any changes to my e-mail accounts or website access?
Not currently. Changes may be required in the future as software and hardware are upgraded. Should changes be necessary you will be contacted by Tidal Media Group.
